I HATE MY LIFE!!!!!I did so much, helping people out when they are in need, but how come in return, I got all bad stuff...

Does that mean I need to have a heart of stone?
Does that mean I need to stand for myself and start to say No to things?
HELP!!!! I don't know how to say NO to people. Everytime I say NO, my heart feels the guilt and pain. But, if I continue to help people, I might get myself in deep shit...
